Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- High-Impact Prep: Handle high-volume batch cooking and precise a la carte service for patients, staff, and special events. Food prep is a must.
- Culinary Artistry: Use your expertise to follow standardized recipes while maintaining the highest quality of taste and presentation.
- Safety Excellence: Maintain a spotless, safe, and organized kitchen environment by strictly following all sanitary and safety protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Culinary Arts Degree is required.
- Safety Certification: HACCP training is preferred.
- Skill Set: Master-level food prep skills are essential; exceptional knife skills are a significant plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in batch cooking and a la carte service.
