This full-time, remote position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorders, actively engaging in dialogue to understand their unique experiences.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address clients' specific goals and preferences, leveraging modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide education and support to clients and their families concerning mood disorders, including treatment options and effective self-care practices.
• Monitor client progress meticulously and adapt treatment plans as needed to ensure ongoing alignment with their evolving needs.
• Collaborate regularly with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated care and holistic treatment approaches.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to continuously enhance therapeutic strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring proper documentation of all therapeutic interactions.
• Engage actively in professional development opportunities and team-building exercises to foster a collaborative working environment.
• Advocate for clients' mental health needs, working to reduce stigma associated with mental health issues within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily support individuals and families dealing with relationship challenges, including those undergoing divorce or facing significant transitions in their lives. Qualifications

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, promoting a trusting relationship with clients while demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• A nonjudgmental and supportive attitude towards clients’ experiences is a must, as is the ability to navigate sensitive subjects professionally.
