Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns and create tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize various telehealth platforms to deliver high-quality counseling sessions, adapting your approach based on client feedback and therapeutic progress.
• Ensure confidentiality and maintain up-to-date, secure client records, complying with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, to ensure holistic client care.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance practice and support professional development.
• Participate in ongoing training and workshops to expand clinical skills and knowledge of new therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse client population consists of individuals from various backgrounds and demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This position requires an understanding of cultural competence and an aptitude for adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted LPC license in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing clinical counseling services.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and online counseling platforms is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective therapeutic relationships and collaborative teamwork.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in a telehealth context.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy software.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an annual salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide a competitive benefits package that includes healthcare coverage, retirement savings plans, and generous paid time off.
