Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health status and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
  • Design customized therapy plans utilizing evidence-based practices that address the specific challenges faced by each patient.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.
  • Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring all clients have the tools they need to overcome their unique issues.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
  • Maintain clear and thorough documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our EHR systems.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a varied client base, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and those with substance abuse issues. Your approach will involve engaging effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, enabling you to make culturally competent decisions in your therapeutic practices.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or similar fields.
  • Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, appropriate treatment methodologies, and the principles of cultural competence in therapy delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse individuals actively.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver therapeutic interventions through both individual and group modalities.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and communication.
  • Strong crisis intervention skills and the capacity to maintain composure during high-stress situations.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and professional confidentiality.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
