Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning through telehealth platforms in alignment with ethical and legal standards.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Engage in meaningful collaboration with clients, assisting them in setting and achieving wellness goals.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations and timely billing submissions.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives to enhance your skill set and stay current with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care and ensure comprehensive support for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders and related mental health challenges. Our clients often face complex psychosocial issues requiring a nuanced understanding of their needs and effective therapeutic strategies. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a critical role in facilitating their recovery journey by providing empathetic support, evidence-based interventions, and guidance throughout their treatment process.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program and a valid clinical social work licensure.
• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health services through telehealth, with a deep understanding of the tools and protocols involved.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
