This position offers a flexible, fully remote work environment, enabling you to provide essential services to school-aged children and their families from the comfort of your own home. Our virtual support structure allows for efficient collaboration with educational and clinical teams, ensuring that students receive the necessary interventions tailored to their unique circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize evidence-based practices in behavior modification, assertiveness training, and supportive therapy when delivering care to clients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments by gathering relevant medical, social, and emotional data through effective interviewing techniques, consultation with the healthcare team, and evaluation of patient charts.
  • Formulate and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments, aimed at addressing the client's strengths, needs, and concerns.
  • Lead educational and therapeutic groups, documenting patient goals and progress in response to the group activities.
  • Establish and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with community organizations to foster a network of support for patients and their families.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families. You will address a variety of psychosocial needs, including behavioral health disorders, trauma, and family dynamics, while also considering cultural and spiritual values that inform treatment approaches. Your role will significantly impact students’ academic performance and personal growth by fostering resilience and emotional stability.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients, families, and team members.
  • Strong ability to maintain professional boundaries and demonstrate ethical practices.
  • Capability to complete and submit documentation for services accurately and promptly.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a school setting or with child and adolescent populations, preferably in mental health.
  • Familiarity with remote telehealth practices and digital therapeutic tools.
  • Background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and workload. In addition, you will benefit from a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. We value the contribution of our employees and provide ongoing professional development opportunities to ensure you grow both personally and professionally.
