Job description

Job Overview:
 
Pay Range: $27.14hr - $32.14hr
  • The role involves maintaining and analyzing financial accounts, performing reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and supporting financial operations through effective communication, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • 4 years of experience in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Experience:

  • Experience in accounting, financial analysis, or related financial support roles.
  • Experience in reconciliations and variance analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and analyze accounts and financial data to ensure accuracy and resolve variances.
  • Perform timely account reconciliations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage incoming financial requests and communicate status and resolutions to stakeholders.
  • Serve as a financial liaison for receivables and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners.
  • Support organizational quality programs and perform additional assigned duties.

Should Have:

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Experience handling financial reporting or accounting operations.

Skills:

  • Financial analysis and reconciliation.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Root cause analysis and problem-solving.
  • Communication and stakeholder management.
  • Accounting operations and receivables management.
  • Organizational and analytical skills.

Qualification And Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
