    • Maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare candidates across multiple specialties.
    • Navigate U.S. employment types and visa categories as applicable.
    • Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internal tools to manage workflows and ensure timely placements.

Business Development & Client Engagement (Ohio Market)

    • Develop and expand client relationships with healthcare organizations across Ohio.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including direct clients, MSPs, and VMS programs.
    • Partner closely with Account Managers and leadership to drive account growth and fill rates.
    • Conduct outreach, client meetings, and presentations to showcase service capabilities and secure new partnerships.
    • Maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
    • Support proposal development, contract negotiations, and client onboarding.

    Collaboration & Performance

    • Participate in daily team meetings to align priorities, requisitions, and placement strategies.
    • Apply both traditional and innovative recruiting techniques, including Boolean search methods, to meet hiring goals.

    • Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS environments.
    • Experience working with U.S. citizens and Green Card holders.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
