Restaurant Manager � Row 34 Burlington
Burlington, MA
Row 34 is an award-winning, high-energy neighborhood oyster bar with locations in Boston's Seaport, Cambridge, Kenmore Square, and Portsmouth, NH. We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Burlington, MA leadership team.
About the Role
The Restaurant Manager will help drive Row 34's signature hospitality and operational excellence. This is a service-forward role that requires a strong presence on the floor, coaching and developing staff, and maintaining smooth daily operations. Bar oversight and inventory management are also part of the responsibilities, so bar program experience is a plus.
What You'll Do
  • Lead by example in a fast-paced, service-driven restaurant
  • Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to execute daily operations
  • Train, support, and motivate the FOH team to deliver warm, attentive hospitality
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workplace for staff and guests
  • Foster strong working relationships across FOH and BOH teams
  • Assist in bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost controls with help from Bar Manager

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service setting
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate a team
  • Experience with bar programs, inventory management, and ordering systems
  • A genuine love of hospitality and guest service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
