Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment with precision and integrity.
- Provide product demonstrations to inform customers about features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an attractive shopping environment.
- Assist with stocking shelves, inventory management, and ensuring products are readily available for customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining phone etiquette when assisting via phone or online inquiries.
Qualifications
