Broadview Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our professional team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional well-being, and psychosocial history, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual's circumstances.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that are responsive to clients' specific needs and therapeutic goals, continually adjusting strategies based on ongoing evaluations.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective interventions to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Monitor and document clients’ progress meticulously, using data-driven approaches to inform necessary adjustments in treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention services, effectively managing urgent situations with the appropriate therapeutic techniques to ensure clients' safety and immediate needs are met.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress in adherence to legal and ethical standards set forth by governing bodies.
• Engage in collaborative case reviews with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Commit to continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest clinical techniques, research findings, and mental health trends through training and supervision.
• Uphold the ethical guidelines and professional standards as per licensure requirements, demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A current state licensure to practice as a Mental Health Therapist, holding any of the following: LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic abilities, and familiarity with various therapeutic frameworks are essential.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills to foster a supportive client-therapist relationship.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a commitment to client welfare in all interactions.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team structure is critical.
• A solid understanding of the ethical guidelines governing mental health practice and the commitment to uphold them.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or a related field is required, demonstrating proved efficacy in therapeutic outcomes.
• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous, as it showcases adaptability to remote therapy environments.
• Proficiency in using digital health tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems enhances efficiency in client management.
