Included duties are:Portion food in accordance with posted menus.Distribution of supplies, food and non-food.Maintain proper storage of food and non-food supplies, keeping a running inventory.Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen area by complying with the cleaning schedule.Maintain all necessary kitchen records.Comply with the Head Start Act, all Head Start regulations, federal, state, and local regulations, contractual agreements and funding guidelines.__________________________________________________________________________________________SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:High School diploma or GED preferred at hire.
