Work Environment

This position allows for flexible remote work while primarily serving a school setting. You will collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other healthcare providers to deliver mental health services tailored to school-age children and adolescents. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to clients through individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring that the treatment is aligned with the clients' presenting issues and treatment goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' needs and develop integrated care plans that encompass a range of services.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare providers, to enhance client outcomes and ensure seamless access to necessary services.
• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and progress reporting while making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to improve outcomes.
• Participate in crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate support and strategies to stabilize situations for clients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with professional ethical guidelines and organizational policies in all client interactions and documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the organization, serving on committees focused on enhancing service delivery and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on working with children and adolescents who showcase symptoms of major mental health disorders or severe emotional difficulties. This population often comes from under-resourced backgrounds and faces unique challenges that require comprehensive and compassionate care tailored to their specific needs. Your role will be vital in providing early intervention and ongoing support, contributing to their overall development and success.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and hold a credential as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). A strong commitment to behavioral health and a passion for serving diverse populations will be essential for success in this role.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for candidates who have at least two years of experience working in a clinical setting, particularly with populations experiencing mental health challenges. Compensation and Benefits
