Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interviews to guide your understanding.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that foster personal growth and wellness, adapting your approach based on the unique needs of each client.
• Engage in both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to explore their experiences and feelings.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and regularly assess their progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring high standards of care for clients with mobility issues or those preferring online counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with clients facing a variety of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory for this role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, based on your qualifications and professional experience.
