Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, preferences, and treatment goals, allowing for the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions through online platforms, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly review their progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to uphold the highest ethical standards in practice.

Qualifications

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and professional qualifications.
