Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with patients, ensuring a therapeutic alliance that fosters open communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will predominantly focus on a diverse population of patients, including individuals facing transition periods in life, relationship challenges, and various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. You will play a crucial role in helping clients develop coping strategies and build resilience while navigating their unique challenges.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or group therapy is vital for success in this role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills are necessary to effectively handle administrative tasks alongside therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience
