Position Overview

The Blue Ridge Hospice Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. Work Environment

As a remote therapist, you will have the flexibility to conduct sessions from the comfort of your home while being fully supported by our administrative and clinical teams. Our technology platform enables seamless interactions with clients through teletherapy, ensuring high-quality care regardless of your location. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a positive and trusting rapport with patients to facilitate open communication and therapeutic progress.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders and collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Deliver therapeutic sessions to individuals, groups, and families, employing evidence-based approaches and therapeutic modalities to address mental health concerns.
• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up appointments, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.
• Refer clients to specialists or additional resources when necessary, ensuring that they receive holistic support in their mental health journey.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and grief. Our approach focuses on creating a supportive and empathetic environment that enables clients to express their feelings and work through their difficulties, ultimately leading them to improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and/or groups, with a thorough understanding of therapeutic modalities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle patient caseloads and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of working experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with specific therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or family systems therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
