Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Blue Ribbon Social Work, you will:

  • Provide individual psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the unique needs of clients experiencing substance abuse issues.

  • Document clinical interactions accurately within our electronic health record system to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff within the detox center to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
  • Educate clients and their families about available mental health and substance abuse resources, empowering them with knowledge for fostering recovery.
  • Utilize ongoing research and clinical findings to innovate and improve therapeutic practices, ensuring our approaches remain effective.
  • Efficiently manage your caseload while striving to meet treatment goals that promote positive patient outcomes.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing various challenges related to substance use disorders, mental health concerns, or co-occurring disorders. Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
