Position Summary
The Clinical Operations Manager is a key leader driving operational excellence across our outpatient clinics. This role ensures that our care delivery model is executed with consistency, efficiency, and compassion, enabling frontline teams to thrive and patients to receive timely, high-quality care. By translating strategic vision into day-to-day execution, this position plays a critical role in scaling our mission to expand access to innovative, tech-enabled brain and mental health services.
Location: The role is hybrid, and requires working 3 days a week in person in our Laguna Hills clinic (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across multiple clinics to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care and experience.
Manage and support clinic leads, care coordinators, patient intake coordinators, and administrative staff to meet clinical and operational goals.
Drive performance through monitoring and improving key metrics such as visit utilization, no-show rates, and documentation turnaround.
Implement and uphold standardized workflows and protocols in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Operations.
Identify operational gaps and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency, team coordination, and patient flow.
Lead staffing, training, and operational readiness for new clinic openings, acquisitions, and service expansions.
Serve as the point person during launch phases, ensuring smooth transitions to steady-state operations.
Act as a liaison between clinical, administrative, and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and timely execution.
Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across clinic teams.
Provide real-time feedback on tools, systems, and processes to inform future improvements and strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in healthcare operations management, ideally in multi-site outpatient, behavioral health, or primary care settings.
Proven success managing teams and executing systems across clinical locations.
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Experience with EHR systems, operational reporting, and performance dashboards.
Startup experience or comfort in high-growth, dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience launching new clinics or programs in behavioral health, IOP, or interventional psychiatry settings.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies or clinic performance optimization frameworks.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this position includes:
Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications
