Conduit Health

New York, NY

Full-time

Medical, PTO

Job description

About Conduit Health

Conduit Health is transforming one of the most outdated corners of post-acute care-getting essential medical equipment and supplies into patients' homes. We're the first vertically integrated, AI-powered platform to unite ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment into one seamless experience. In seconds, case managers and providers can say "yes" to patients who would otherwise wait weeks-while we handle every step behind the scenes.

The Role

We're looking for a Provider Onboarding Manager to own the end-to-end experience of training new clinicians. You will be the architect of our provider onboarding program-building the materials, running the live sessions, and ensuring every provider is set up for success from day one.

Today, you will onboard 2-3 new providers per week, scaling to larger cohorts of 5+ as we grow. You'll partner closely with our Clinical Operations team to track provider performance during onboarding and continuously improve the program based on real outcomes.

Who You Are

  • Onboarding Owner: You've built provider onboarding programs before-you know what's effective and iterate on what's not working.

  • Content Builder: You create self-guided modules, training videos, and playbooks that providers actually use-and you keep them current as the platform evolves.

  • Provider-First: You understand the telehealth lifecycle from both the patient and provider perspective and you design experiences with both in mind.

  • Process-Driven: You build reliable systems-SOPs, onboarding playbooks, and feedback loops, not one-off fixes.

  • Collaborative: You partner naturally with Clinical Operations and report clearly to the Ops Manager on provider performance during and after onboarding.

  • Compliance-Minded: You understand healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid) and keep them at the forefront while onboarding.

Examples of What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end provider onboarding program: From the moment their contract is signed through their first couple weeks of patient visits.

  • Build and maintain onboarding resources: Covering platform usage, workflows, and clinical protocols. Materials should be engaging and clear.

  • Build the onboarding infrastructure to support rapid growth: What you build should be effective when we eventually onboard cohorts of 5-10 clinicians.

  • Maintain strong relationships with providers: Answer questions, demonstrate enthusiasm for the role, and ensure providers feel supported throughout the onboarding journey.

  • Track and report on core KPIs: Report on provider performance metrics during and immediately after onboarding.

  • Play a big part in provider retention: identify patterns in provider drop-off or friction and translate them into program improvements. Build toward industry-leading provider retention rates through best-in-class onboarding.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: maintain a feedback loop between onboarded providers, Clinical Operations, Product, and other relevant teams.

What You'll Bring

  • 2-3+ years of experience in clinician onboarding, provider implementation, or a closely related healthcare operations role.

  • Demonstrated experience building onboarding programs from the ground up (self-guided content, training videos, and live sessions).

  • Deep understanding of the telehealth lifecycle from both a patient and provider perspective.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you can translate complex workflows into clear, provider-friendly materials.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent onboardings without dropping the ball.

  • Proactive self-learner who uses available tools and resources to unblock themselves.

  • Comfort working with 1099 contracted clinicians and understanding the nuances of that relationship.

  • Ability to pull and present performance data to in a clear, actionable format.

  • Genuine passion for provider experience and patient outcomes.

  • You've worked cross-functionally with clinical, product, and operations teams in a high-growth environment.

Bonus Points

  • You have working knowledge of DME product categories and coverage guidelines (Medicare/Medicaid).

  • Experience using Healthie as an EMR in a prior role

Our Values

  • Excellence, Not Perfection: We set a high bar for our work and impact, but we don't get lost in endless polish for polish's sake. We focus on results that matter.

  • Urgency, Not Chaos: We move fast because speed drives our advantage. We pair urgency with clarity to avoid noise and burnout.

  • Systems, Not One-Offs: Every solution should eliminate the root cause so the problem never returns. Wins are good; scalable systems are better.

  • Committed, Not Just Here: We show up engaged, proactive, and ready to go above and beyond. The outcomes you drive are what matter most.

  • Crush Goals, Not Souls: We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Be yourself, bring positivity, have fun, and laugh often.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

  • Flexible working environment (3 in-office days per week in New York).

  • Unlimited PTO + 9 company holidays.

  • Direct mentorship and growth opportunities with senior leadership.

Equal Opportunity

Conduit Health is an equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to building an inclusive environment for all employees.
