B.H. Inc. (BHI) is searching for a full-time Asphalt Hot Plant Operator in Southern Utah County, UT to operate, monitor, and maintain hot-mix plant equipment for our regional paving operations. We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused operator who takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality asphalt mix while keeping operations safe, efficient, and well-maintained. If this sounds like the right opportunity to drive excellence, consider joining our team today!QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience operating an asphalt hot plant, aggregate plant, or comparable industrial production equipment (experience with an Astec Double Barrel hot plant is strongly preferred).Knowledge of asphalt production, plant controls, material flow, mix design requirements, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.Strong commitment to safety policies, OSHA/MSHA requirements, environmental regulations, and job-site procedures.Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and overtime as required by paving schedules.Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions and perform physical labor (including lifting heavy equipment components).We are really looking for a self-driven professional who pays attention to detail and can operate with minimal supervision.
