Job description

Are you a skilled Welder with a passion for precision and a commitment to quality craftsmanship? BHI, a nationally recognized and respected leader in construction and fabrication, is seeking a dedicated Welder to join our local team in Ogden, Utah. This vital Welder role offers a competitive hourly wage of $18-$23 per hour, commensurate with experience. The schedule is M-F 4:30 PM - 2:30AM. At BHI, we believe in developing our people and providing for families, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental insurance, life insurance, a 401k plan, and paid time off (PTO). You'll work in our local shop, contributing to a positive work environment where strong communication, efficiency, and safety are paramount. Qualifications

We are seeking a proficient Welder who meets the following:

  • Proficiency with MIG and stick welding is required.

  • Performance plate test required at time of job interview.

  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.

  • Knowledge of proper use of hand and power tools (grinders, plasma cutter, etc.).

  • TIG welding experience is a plus.
