Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and deliver thoughtful therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with other care professionals to develop and refine personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique situation and objectives.
  • Consistently maintain detailed, accurate records of client progress and treatment sessions while adhering to established clinical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client base will include diverse populations facing varying mental health challenges. You will primarily provide services while considering demographic factors unique to the Easton area and surrounding communities, with a strong emphasis on fostering an inclusive and non-judgmental environment.

Qualifications
  • A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in clinical mental health care, demonstrating a track record of effective client engagement and therapeutic efficacy.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and remote patient care is highly beneficial and preferred.
  • Background in family therapy and crisis intervention can be an advantage, further enhancing your capability to address complex client cases.
Compensation and Benefits
