Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct personalized counseling sessions to address varied mental health issues, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to develop, evaluate, and modify treatment plans effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of client assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Develop individualized care strategies that incorporate therapeutic techniques and provide valuable post-treatment resources and referrals.
  • Engage in community outreach events and educational programs to build relationships and destigmatize mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Your role will be critical in providing culturally sensitive care and increasing accessibility for underserved populations, making a real difference in community mental health.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • Must hold active independent licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • At least two years of experience providing direct clinical care in a mental health setting, showcasing your ability to manage complex cases and deliver quality therapy.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling delivery preferred, demonstrating adaptability to digital communication methods.
  • Familiarity with community health systems and resources, enhancing the ability to connect clients with additional support services.
  • Proficiency in psychological assessment tools and counseling methodologies to effectively address client needs.
Compensation and Benefits
