Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of couples and families, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques to guide treatment.
  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions with couples while also offering individualized therapy to each member when necessary.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans that effectively address issues such as alcohol abuse, conflict resolution, grief, and relational dynamics.
  • Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients through challenges related to separation, divorce, and communication difficulties.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans in our secure digital health systems.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The focus of your practice will be working with diverse client groups, including couples, families, and individual adults and adolescents. You will encounter a variety of situations, from blended family dynamics and job stress to more complex issues of trauma, abuse, and grief. Your expertise will be crucial in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can navigate these challenges effectively.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • Strong commitment to ethical practice and clinical excellence.
  • Proficient experience in using telehealth platforms and digital tools for client management and treatment delivery.
Preferred Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in marriage and family therapy.
  • Exposure to various therapeutic modalities and treatment settings.
  • A passion for ongoing professional development and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices.
Compensation and Benefits

Our therapists will enjoy a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
