Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 / year
Work Location: Kansas City, KS

 What You'll Do

6 data-start=/7>As an Account Manager, you'll be the operational expert, working closely with our Area Manager/Regional Director to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. In this role, you will:

    Oversee daily operations including recruiting, hiring, licensing, training, scheduling, and event-day execution

  • Build and manage staffing plans, track budgets, and ensure payroll and invoicing accuracy

  • Coach, mentor, and develop an operations team that's motivated, skilled, and ready for game day

  • Elevate the customer experience through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and service improvements

  • Partner with leadership to create smarter, more efficient operating strategies

  • Ensure staffing needs are met on time and within budget

  • Maintain accurate records and reports for internal and external use

  • Be ready for weekend/evening on-call needs and travel up to 25%

  • Jump in on additional duties as needed-every day is different!

 What You Bring

We're looking for a leader who's organized, adaptable, and passionate about delivering results. You should have:

  • A valid driver's license

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • A customer-focused mindset and a drive to exceed expectations

  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing teams

  • Initiative and the ability to thrive in changing environments

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • At least 3 years in operations, service, field, or project management

  • Experience in event staffing, security, sports management, or athletics (preferred)

 Physical & Work Environment

This role keeps you on the move! While primarily office-based, you'll frequently be out at events-indoors, outdoors, and everywhere in between. Expect occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs), walking, standing, climbing, and working in various weather conditions. Reasonable accommodations are available.
