Job description

We are looking for dependable and experienced Extruder Operators to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain plastic extrusion equipment used in the manufacturing of pipes and other plastic products. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate plastic extrusion machines

  • Monitor production to ensure products meet specifications

  • Adjust temperature, speed, and pressure settings as needed

  • Perform routine equipment checks and minor troubleshooting

  • Conduct quality inspections of finished product

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating extrusion machines preferred

  • Experience in machine operating or other mechanically inclined position

  • Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (including nights and weekends)

  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
