Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments, discerning client needs and establishing individualized treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals.
• Administer evidence-based therapy techniques during both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting modalities based on client feedback and progress.
• Regularly track client progress towards therapeutic goals and modify treatment plans as necessary to facilitate optimal outcomes.
• Utilize secure teletherapy platforms for virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with mobility challenges or geographical constraints.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to adhere to regulatory and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to broaden your expertise and enhance therapeutic offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will directly support a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards all clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential for managing multiple clients and documentation requirements effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• A proven track record of successfully working with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits
