Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique goals.
• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to the client's background and specific needs.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to adapt to their evolving circumstances.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms for virtual sessions, ensuring continuity of care and accessibility for all clients, especially those with mobility or transportation challenges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and therapeutic processes, adhering to ethical standards of practice.
• Engage in professional development opportunities, participating in workshops, seminars, or training focused on new therapeutic strategies and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a mental health counselor at Benchmark Healthcare Solutions, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Our goal is to provide effective, evidence-based therapy while fully respecting the unique needs and preferences of each client. Your role will involve addressing acute and chronic mental health conditions, with an emphasis on promoting holistic well-being and resilience.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license in one of the following: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated skills in communication and interpersonal relations, enabling effective collaboration and trust-building with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse client caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to individuals who possess:

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Specialized training in therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-focused therapy.
• Experience in telehealth platforms and virtual therapy delivery.
