Your Purpose as a Sales Manager:

  • Serve as the lead ambassador in fostering a high-quality guest and employee experience.
  • Demonstrate expert level proficiency of the sales process.
  • Provide a transparent, engaging, and hassle-free guest buying journey.
  • Observe the sales floor to ensure every guest and employee is having their needs met.
  • Ensure sales and performance goals are met and work to create performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Acquire and maintain current state sales license, completing continuing education requirements as needed.
  • Responsible for controlling the sale, to secure each sale and ensure that every vehicle sold is delivered.
  • Generate additional income through the sales of vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and maintenance plans.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer.
  • Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to accounting.
  • Develop and monitor guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Other duties as required by leadership.
Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
