Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans for clients.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and ensure the holistic well-being of clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards in counseling practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and continuous education to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and clinical standards in mental health practice.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to establish relationships with diverse client populations.
• Experience working as part of a healthcare team to deliver integrated client care.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling.
• Experience conducting group therapy sessions or workshops.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
