Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans for clients.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and ensure the holistic well-being of clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards in counseling practice.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and continuous education to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

  • Experience conducting group therapy sessions or workshops.
Compensation and Benefits
