Schedule: Monday–Friday | Onsite | 40 hrs/week
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations for our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HR experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, strong employee relations expertise, and a passion for creating a positive and compliant workplace culture.
This role will oversee day-to-day HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, orientation, compliance, and close collaboration with Talent Acquisition to support warehouse staffing needs.
Serve as the primary HR contact for warehouse employees and managers.
Manage employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution with professionalism and confidentiality.
Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and labor laws.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify hiring needs, assist with interviews, and coordinate offers for warehouse roles.
Support engagement and retention initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
Advise leadership on HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to build trust and strong relationships with employees and management.
Must be onsite daily at the Romeoville, IL location.
