Full-Time Position: Monday through Friday with some flexibility as needed, some Saturdays may be needed from time to time.

We are a small, customer-focused plumbing company looking for a highly organized and dependable Construction Coordinator to become a key part of our team. This position is ideal for someone who is adaptable to change and enjoys detail-oriented work, communicating with customers, solving scheduling challenges, and helping keep a fast-paced service company running smoothly.

As the central point of communication between our customers, technicians, and management team, you will play an essential role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
• Understand and assess customer plumbing concerns
• Schedule service calls and estimate appointments efficiently
• Coordinate and crew/technician schedules throughout the day
• Communicate with the excavation superintendent to ensure jobs stay on track
• File plumbing and right of way permits and maintain organized records
• Prepare and send invoices
• Follow up with customers regarding payments and outstanding balances
• Help maintain accurate customer information and job notes
• Help create a positive experience for both customers and fellow team members
• This person will train into project management over time, which takes months to learn the nuance of differing ground conditions and municipality requirement differences.

Qualifications

• Prior dispatching, construction coordination, customer service, and Plumbing/HVAC/Electrical or other trade construction industry experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and pleasant customer service skills
• Self-organized with ability to manage multiple detail-oriented tasks simultaneously with strong follow-through
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software (we use Service Titan), email, and phone systems
• Team player with a positive attitude
