    As a Cardiologist, your role will involve evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients who require specialized cardiac care. You will be part of a collaborative team model that integrates primary and specialty care providers with hospital partners, community specialists, and skilled nursing facilities to deliver high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse and expanding patient population.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough physical assessments for patients with specialized cardiac conditions.

    • Formulate and execute comprehensive care plans, including prescribing medications, exercises, and other treatments, as well as conducting tests such as echocardiography, stress testing, vascular ultrasound imaging, nuclear imaging, and cardiac device evaluations.

    • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to manage patient care effectively, ensuring continuity through communication with external health and social agencies.

    • Act as a liaison between primary care providers and specialists, consulting on patient care issues.

    • Educate and counsel individuals and groups regarding specific healthcare needs, serving as a specialist in your field.

    • Contribute to the development of health education programs.


    In this role, you will be recognized and rewarded for your contributions in a challenging environment that provides clear guidance on achieving success and opportunities for advancement in other areas of interest.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Graduation from an accredited Medical School or School of Osteopathic Medicine.

    • Board Certified or Board Certified Eligible in Cardiology.

    • Current active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or the ability to obtain it post-hire, in accordance with state regulations.

    • Current active Massachusetts DPH Controlled Substances Registration or the ability to obtain it post-hire, in accordance with state regulations.

    • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required based on specialty.

    The annual salary for this position ranges from $393,000 to $735,000 for full-time employment. This range represents total cash compensation at target, with actual pay varying based on experience and performance metrics. Compensation is influenced by various factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. Our organization adheres to all applicable minimum wage laws. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401(k) contributions (subject to eligibility requirements).
