Job description
UX Designer
The UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UX solutions. They will conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. They will create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions. They will develop detailed user interface designs and ensure consistency in user experience across products.
They will translate complex problems into clear, simple, and elegant design solutions. They will continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders. They will stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies. They will advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization. They will ensure designs meet accessibility standards and work across various devices and screen sizes. They will collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design.
- A strong understanding of usability, and user experience, with at least 4 years of experience in a product development environment.
- A portfolio showcasing digital products' UX work and experiences that demonstrate creativity, innovation, and user-centricity, preferably in the Fintech domain.
- A bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about user experience.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design.
