Job description

Summary

As a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager (SPM) at Array, you will lead complex client-facing eDiscovery projects and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. You will oversee project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project and client information, and provide guidance on technical workflows and project strategy. You will also support the development of team members through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities
  • Client Needs Discovery: Evaluate client requirements and project objectives to develop solutions aligned with business and legal needs.
  • Consultation and Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to create project plans, define deliverables, and establish timelines.
  • Project Oversight: Manage project execution to ensure deliverables are completed accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with project requirements.
  • Client Communication: Provide regular status updates, reporting, and consultation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Support: Provide advanced guidance on Relativity Processing and related eDiscovery technologies.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues involving hosted or delivered data while maintaining data integrity and service quality.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Analyze project challenges, identify solutions, and provide recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentorship and Training: Mentor project team members and support the development of technical and project management capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing complex eDiscovery projects and ESI workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing projects in Relativity.
  • Experience serving as a primary client contact and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, review platforms, databases, and related business software.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or developing team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project documentation, workflows, and deliverables accurately.
  • Ability to identify project issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with advanced Relativity workflows, analytics, review, and production processes.
  • Experience supporting litigation, investigations, or regulatory matters.
  • Experience implementing process improvements or workflow efficiencies.
  • Experience working with legal service providers, law firms, or corporate legal departments.

Additional Requirements

  • Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required to meet client commitments and project deadlines.

The annual Pay range for this role is $120,000-$140,000 and is will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for a quarterly discretionary bonus.
