Job description

Summary

The Production Specialist performs a full range of production functions within Array's legal services operations, including document processing, quality control, and delivery. This role operates with a higher degree of independence than entry-level production staff, handling a broader variety of order types and contributing to the quality and efficiency of the production team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality control of incoming records, confirming accurate intake and verifying document completeness and integrity.
  • Prepare records for processing by organizing files, correcting document flow, and adding required placeholders.
  • Process records and conduct secondary QC using Array's internal production software.
  • Deliver records to clients via Array's online repository and other delivery methods including radiology and native file formats.
  • Handle a variety of order types including standard, rush, and specialty productions with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify and escalate quality issues, delivery complications, or workflow questions to the team lead or manager.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in DAS throughout the production workflow.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in production, records processing, or a related legal services operations role.
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office; experience with Array's internal software preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
  • Familiarity with legal records and subpoena processes preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily production targets.
  • Good written communication skills for internal coordination.

The base Compensation range for this role is $15.00-25.00 an hour and will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
