You will be immersed in a supportive and collaborative virtual team environment, communicating regularly with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care. Our hospice setting prioritizes dignity and quality of life for clients, necessitating a keen awareness of the emotional and psychological dimensions of end-of-life care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation to comply with healthcare regulations and facilitate seamless communication within the caregiving team.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our hospice center, you will provide care primarily for clients facing terminal illnesses. You will be instrumental in addressing the emotional and psychological challenges these individuals face, offering support not just to them but also to their families who may experience grief and anticipatory loss. Your efforts will significantly impact their overall quality of life, helping them find peace and understanding during difficult times.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field.
  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the state of California.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience, ideally within a mental health or hospice setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in end-of-life care services or hospice environments.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems or other relevant healthcare documentation tools.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off, and support for continuing education and professional development.
