Your Impact and Responsibilities
  • Act as a strong executor and consultative partner, developing strategic plans and executing managed-service and self-service campaigns with expert guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Account teams to craft strategic, data-driven media proposals that are meticulously aligned with client objectives.
  • Lead external advertiser and agency calls, confidently demonstrating expertise in media tactics, audience strategy, and comprehensive campaign stewardship.
  • Apply a deep understanding of diverse media types, including paid search, programmatic display, direct digital sponsorships, connected TV, social media, digital out-of-home, and experiential in-store tactics.
  • Regularly communicate campaign performance metrics, provide insightful analyses, and deliver optimization recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless campaign launches and deliver high-quality client experiences by adhering to internal service level agreements and rigorous quality assurance processes.
  • Confidently present strategic upsell recommendations to clients and agencies, leveraging strong executive presence to drive incremental revenue.
  • Partner cross-functionally to effectively traffic campaigns across various advertising technology platforms.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues, ensuring optimal performance and continuous client satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing or consulting on digital media campaigns across display, video, social, search, and programmatic channels.
  • A deep understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, etc.) and the media math essential for effective optimization.
  • Proven client-facing experience, including proactive risk identification and the development of effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong presentation abilities.
  • Robust project management capabilities and the ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • High comfort level navigating rapidly evolving environments and ambiguous situations with adaptability.
  • Strong proficiency with standard office productivity suites (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, word processing, email), along with familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, data visualization platforms, and database query languages.

Desired Skills
  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in programmatic advertising, including in-depth knowledge of various ad tech platforms for media buying and data management.
  • A proven track record of influencing advertiser investments through compelling media strategies.
