Team: Financial Planning and Analysis
Salary Range: $81,000 - $110,000 USD
Location: Hybrid - Chicago (1 day in-office a week; usually Wednesdays)

This position operates in a hybrid model with regular in-office collaboration days from our Chicago office.

We’re looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis Team in a hybrid environment. What You’ll Do

• Lead company-wide commission calculations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives
• Drive commission analytics and financial modeling to identify trends, optimize performance, and support strategic decision-making
• Enhance commission processes, logic, and reporting to improve efficiency, accuracy, and sales rep visibility
• Partner cross-functionally to implement compensation plans, educate Sales on commission programs, and support forecasting and budgeting through commission accruals

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of FP&A and business partnership experience, preferably within software, internet, SaaS, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA and/or CPA preferred).
• Advanced financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills, including expertise in Excel and complex model development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen, with a curious, proactive approach to identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and tackling new challenges.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, in particular, an understanding of key financial and operational needle movers
• SaaS business industry experience and familiar with the metrics behind it
• Familiarity with Alteryx, Tableau, and AI Tools (Claude)

Compensation Transparency

Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position considers a variety of factors, including depth and breadth of experience, skills and role scope. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible for additional compensation plans (bonus and commission).
