Apollo Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position, focused on providing exceptional support within educational environments. Work Environment

This role will be performed remotely, providing you with the flexibility to work from home while remaining fully engaged in the educational processes that shape the lives of children. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprised of educators, healthcare professionals, and specialists to deliver tailored services in a virtual environment. As our services focus on children aged birth to three, your work will be critical in addressing developmental delays and disabilities, ensuring a supportive path for early learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs and strengths of each child and family.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), collaborating closely with families and other team members.
• Monitor outcomes and progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to support each child’s growth and development.
• Provide direct support and resources to families, assisting them in navigating early intervention services effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding early childhood services and mental health support.
• Create a safe and conducive learning environment by establishing rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to foster developmental skills in children.
• Deliver coaching and family education focused on enhancing developmental milestones and family involvement in the child's growth.
• Collaborate with your team to recommend appropriate service frequency based on the child's individual developmental progress and family priorities.
• Adhere to best practices to ensure the health and safety of all staff and children we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role is centered around the youngest population—infants and toddlers—with developmental delays or disabilities. You will work closely with their families, addressing their unique needs and prioritizing strategies that promote healthy development. Your insights and interventions will play a crucial role in shaping a supportive and enriching environment that fosters growth during these pivotal early years.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential from the Department of Public Health.
• At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in adapting various teaching and communication styles to meet the diverse needs of children and their families.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for potential travel to assess clients, when required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in educational or early intervention settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with federal and state regulations impacting early childhood services.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
