Salary, bonus, benefits
Our client is part of 3 hospitals, one with a large Trauma department seeking a COO who will oversee the hospital's non-nursing departments, ensuring smooth daily operations, budget management, and long-term strategic planning. You'll work with a dynamic team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering top-tier healthcare, empowering them to achieve high performance while positioning the hospital for continued success.
  • Must have multi hospital facility management experience, and a Master's degree is a must.
  • Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and wand Chairman and works closely with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Will collaborate with department heads and medical staff across the hospital, overseeing non-nursing departments to align operations with the hospital's mission and strategic goals.
  • In the CEO's absence, the Hospital COO may also provide guidance on hospital policies and decisions
  • Assistance to hospitals in resolving problems and questions of policy as they relate to staff and patient care
  • Coordination of activities of the clinical and administrative staff, ensuring compliance with health rules and regulations
