Job Summary
Point person responsible for liaising and synchronizing all job-related activities between the field, operations and lab staff, and their designated customers.
Required Skills
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for being aware of all current and upcoming work involving their customers and for ensuring adequate resources are available and correctly assigned
- Responsible for being knowledgeable and fully up to date on all customer requirements and for making sure that AmSpec staff are made aware of these requirements, ensure operations and lab. staff are informed of any problems that could potentially affect their customers
- Ensure that necessary updates and final communications are distributed in accordance with customer requirements and AmSpec policy
- Responsible for the oversight and when needed, the preparation and distribution of all reports including final wires and invoice
- Act as point person with the customer and take the lead in investigating any non-conformances or problems with jobs involving their customers
- Be available to meet with customers as well as represents the company at industry functions that could result in improved levels of work from the customer
- Any other similar tasks associated with account maintenance as designated by their supervisor
Skills/Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in the Petroleum, Petrochemical, and Chemical industry
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Bachelors' or Associates Degree preferred

Office Environment, Field attendance likely, Possible attendance at industry events and social functions
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods of time, Ability to wear PPE including respirator, Ability to work for extended periods of time both during and outside normal business hours, Ability to multi-task and work under high levels of stress
