    Overview
    AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.
    Responsibilities
    As The Program Manager - Security Services, you will:
    • Provide enterprise-level leadership for contractor personnel delivering multidisciplinary security services across multiple task orders and work locations.
    • Serve as the principal management interface with the Government client and converts mission priorities into coordinated staffing, performance, reporting, and compliance activities.
    • Integrate classified support functions, align functional leads and project teams, monitor contract execution, and resolve issues that could affect continuity or quality of service.
    • Provide disciplined oversight of personnel, deliverables, systems of record, training, and emerging requirements, the Program Manager IDIQ maintains consistent performance across the security enterprise and ensures that contractor operations remain responsive, accountable, and aligned with applicable Government requirements.
    Essential Responsibilities:
    • Lead contract execution across task orders, security disciplines, and geographically distributed work locations.
    • Direct contractor personnel, functional leads, and project teams to align staffing, priorities, deliverables, and operational performance.
    • Serve as the primary management interface with Government leadership for performance, mission priorities, emerging requirements, and issue resolution.
    • Monitor contract execution through performance metrics, status reporting, risk reviews, staffing analysis, and corrective actions.
    • Integrate classified support activities involving documentation, compliance, training, records, and recurring security operations.
    • Oversee transition, onboarding, surge support, continuity planning, and personnel accountability across the supported organization.
    • Establish management processes and standard operating procedures that promote consistent, timely, and compliant service delivery.
    • Resolve cross-functional risks and resource conflicts that could affect task order execution or Government mission requirements.

    Qualifications
    • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant discipline and 10 years of directly relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline plus 14 years of directly related work experience.
    • At least five (5) years supervisory experience
    • Demonstrated experience with flag-officer level briefings
    • Experience must include support to Special Access Program and Sensitive Compartmented Information environments
    • Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across Government, contractor, and external stakeholders; prepare briefings, reports, standard operating procedures, and official correspondence; and lead a team in fast paced classified environments.
    • CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret clearance; must be able to meet any applicable Special Access Program eligibility requirements identified by the Government.

    Pay Transparency Statement
    AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $198,400.00/Yr. - USD $331,500.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. AMERICAN SYSTEMS provides for the welfare of its employees and their dependents through a comprehensive benefits program by offering healthcare benefits, paid leave, retirement plans, insurance programs, and education and training assistance.
