Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, and areas of need.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s specific challenges.
• Engage clients in individual therapy sessions aimed at promoting personal growth, emotional resilience, and effective coping strategies.
• Continuously monitor client progress toward therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy services, accommodating clients who may face accessibility challenges due to geographical or mobility constraints.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional training sessions to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

The clients you will work with at Alpine Health Solutions come from diverse backgrounds and face a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid license to practice as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proven experience in a clinical setting, delivering therapy to a variety of populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enhance the therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple cases effectively.

Preferred Experience

While the core qualifications are essential, candidates with experience in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be highly regarded. Additionally, familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapeutic techniques is a plus, ensuring a seamless therapy experience for clients.

Compensation and Benefits
