Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and formulate effective treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Deliver personalized individual therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities intended to promote client growth and well-being.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to provide virtual therapy sessions, catering to clients with accessibility challenges or those who prefer remote counseling.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation to uphold the ethical standards of practice while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Therapist at Alpine Health Solutions, you will work with a diverse population of clients ranging from adolescents to adults dealing with a range of mental health issues. Your expertise will directly impact individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological challenges. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage client caseloads.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing teletherapy and familiarity with digital platforms for counseling.
• Previous work in a community health setting or private practice.
• Specialization or experience with specific populations, such as children, LGBTQ+, or trauma survivors, will be highly regarded.
