Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, enabling the development of effective and personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities tailored to encourage personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Establish specific therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress through regular evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans.
• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who may prefer virtual sessions or face challenges accessing in-person care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the highest level of care.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including attending training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients we serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. As a mental health therapist at Alpine Health Solutions, you will play a crucial role in providing holistic care and support, helping clients navigate their challenges and build healthier coping strategies.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license, such as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and foster therapeutic relationships.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While a valid license is required, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and other specific therapeutic modalities will be given preference. Experience in an outpatient setting and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Alpine Health Solutions offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, which is commensurate with your caseload and level of experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will benefit from:
