Position Overview

Alpine Health Solutions is seeking dedicated and experienced licensed mental health therapists to join our team as we deliver personalized mental health care remotely. This full-time position allows you to conduct therapy sessions via telehealth, empowering individuals to navigate their mental health challenges from the comfort of their own homes. Our competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually is based on caseload and experience.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop effective and personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to each client.
• Establish actionable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor progress to enhance client well-being and engagement.
• Provide accessible teletherapy sessions, utilizing our secure and user-friendly platforms for virtual appointments.
• Ensure the highest standards of documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations to maintain ethical and legal integrity in practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, such as training in new therapeutic methods or technology enhancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population, including individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from various backgrounds, offering culturally competent care that respects and acknowledges their unique experiences and identities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A valid and current state license as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field. A master's or doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.
• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental demeanor to effectively support clients in their healing journey.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse caseload while ensuring prompt follow-ups and timely documentation.

Preferred Experience

While a broad range of experience is welcomed, the following qualifications are favored:

• Previous experience providing therapy in a telehealth environment, leveraging digital tools to enhance client engagement.
• Specialization in specific populations or treatment modalities that align with our organization’s goals.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and best practices in teletherapy.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is designed to attract and retain top talent. In addition to a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, we offer:
