Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take on numerous responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough client assessments to gather historical and presenting issues, leading to a comprehensive understanding of individual needs.
• Designing and implementing effective treatment plans based on current evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Engaging in individual therapy sessions, utilizing tailored therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health conditions.
• Setting achievable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and closely monitoring their progress throughout the therapeutic journey.
• Providing teletherapy services to accommodate clients' preferences or accessibility needs, ensuring continuity of care regardless of geographical barriers.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation and case notes in compliance with ethical standards and healthcare regulations.
• Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counselors serve a varied client base, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. We cater to clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care tailored to each individual's needs. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to connect with clients.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude while providing therapy.
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experience is strongly preferred:

• Prior experience in a community health setting or private practice.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques.
• Experience working with underrepresented populations and an understanding of social determinants impacting mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

Alpine Health Solutions offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
