Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ensuring seamless operations from inception to completion. You will work closely with event managers and other team members to manage logistics, communicate with vendors and attendees, and handle on-site event support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and organization of events from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Manage event registrations and maintain accurate attendee records.
  • Prepare event materials such as signage, brochures, and giveaways.
  • Support on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown activities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in event support or related administrative roles preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
