Work Environment

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Aloha Healthcare Center, you will have the advantage of a fully remote work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your education, training, and experience to conduct independent psychosocial assessments, formulating detailed diagnoses for a diverse patient population.
• Partner closely with clients to develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans aimed at addressing their unique needs and challenges.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapeutic interventions, including techniques such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving treatment, to facilitate meaningful progress.
• Actively monitor treatment effectiveness and client progress through systematic tracking methods, whether in person or through virtual sessions.
• Coordinate with a variety of healthcare providers including psychologists and primary care providers to foster a holistic and integrated approach to care, enhancing patient outcomes.
• Support medication management processes by collaborating with medical providers, focusing on adherence, side effects, and overall treatment efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve clients in need of detoxification support and mental health services. These are individuals navigating significant challenges related to substance use disorders and mental health issues, seeking to rebuild their lives. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Current and valid licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) independently in the state of Maryland.
• A minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience as a licensed therapist, demonstrating proficiency in mental health treatment.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in substance use treatment or detox settings will be advantageous. Familiarity with integrated care systems that emphasize collaboration among various health professionals is also desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
