Job description

As our Maintenance Manager, you'll lead the team that keeps our manufacturing, palletizing, and conveyor systems running safely and reliably. You'll partner with Plant Engineering, vendors, and contractors to bring in new equipment, drive continuous improvement through TPM principles, and build a safety-first culture across the department. This role offers the chance to shape equipment strategy, develop future leaders, and make a direct impact on the quality and efficiency of the products we're proud to make.

What You'll Do:

Lead the Maintenance team's daily operations, preventive maintenance program, and safety practices across bottling, de-palletizing, palletizing, and conveyor systems

Select new equipment and packaging systems, negotiate pricing and delivery, and plan installations in partnership with Plant Engineering, vendors, and contractors

Develop and implement TPM strategies and continuous improvement plans to boost line efficiency and reduce changeover times

Coach and develop Maintenance supervisors and operators through performance reviews, training, and individual development plans

Manage the department's operating budget, critical spare parts inventory, and compliance with OSHA and EPA

Required:

Bachelors Degree

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Prior supervisory experience

Strong planning and organizational skills

Preferred:

Degree in Engineering or a related field
