Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patient mobility, assessing physical capabilities and limitations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Implement evidence-based physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities designed to alleviate pain and enhance functionality.
  • Provide one-on-one treatment to 1-2 patients per hour, carefully tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to ensure effective rehabilitation.
  • Educate patients and their caregivers on best practices for injury prevention, recovery strategies, and the importance of adherence to prescribed treatment regimes.
  • Document all clinical interactions and patient progress thoroughly within electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain accurate and comprehensive patient files.

Qualifications
